Here are a few of the photos from Zachary’s latest session. It took place about 6 weeks ago. I can’t believe how much he’s changed in that short amount of time.

Here’s what it looks like when McKinney gets over a foot of snow. Zachary had a blast, and I’m so glad we got up early and took a few shots before it all melted. Beautiful.

As I type this I *still* can’t believe my little sweet pea is 1 year old. Time flies by way too fast. Here are some photos from today’s festivities.

Zachary’s 10 month shoot

We don’t want to spoil all the photos we have as some of them are for Christmas. But we couldn’t resist posting a few. We are parents after all (we gotta brag!) We’re all very excited to see the fam in Baton Rouge in a few weeks. Get ready y’all… this is what’s on the way!

This was the biggest smile we could get out of him at the moment.

Lately Zach has really been enjoying eating "real" food. Last night we ordered a pizza and I didn't think he was going to ever stop eating.

Zach loves being naked (big surprise). When you go to put on his clothes he's all good until you get to the sleeves. Then the whining begins.

We've been taking him to Paradise (a little over an hour) to do some test runs for the Baton Rouge drive in December. So far, he's done great. We got him a larger baby seat Matt calls his "captain's chair" - and I'm sure he loves sitting in it.

I wished I was able to get these in time for Halloween... but our photographer was a little slower than normal. Still glad I got these though!!

I wish he could stay this age forever (ok maybe not FOREVER but you know what I mean). He's just at such a sweet age right now.

Thanksgiving 2009

Thanksgiving 2009 came and went like a blur, as it always seems to do. However, after three years of hosting, we are getting quite adept at both preparation and the “aftermath”. Everyone from my side of the family was in attendance, including all of Zachary’s cousins and aunt that he met for the first time. Loved having two screaming young ones around the house, but overall things went great. Check out some of our pictures!

Paradise Visit

The three of us made a visit to Paradise, to give Zachary a taste of the country. He made several new friends — including Huck, Rock-O, and a certain snowman.
